Once again, Reelseo.com brings us some impressive numbers, via Comscore, about Internet video viewership.
Last month, 178 million Americans, which is 83.5% of the Internet using population, watched videos online according to Reelseo.com. In terms of where people are watching videos online, Google holds firm at the top spot with 76.7% of total online video unique viewers watching clips there. In a distant second place, Hulu netting a total of 3.2% of total online video watchers.
Additionally, the 178 million who watched online videos watched an average of 171 videos per viewer for the month of April 2010. Google sites attracted 136.3 million unique viewers during the April with by Yahoo! Sites coming in next at 49.5 million viewers, and Fox Interactive Media grabs third with 43.8 million viewers.
