Video stabilization added to YouTube

Video producers are probably jumping in the air with joy. Last week, YouTube added a video stabilizer to its built-in editing suite. This is can be a huge asset to amateur filmmakers who shoot video without a tripod.

Below is a video that the stabilizer was applied to.

This stabilizer probably won’t be helpful to corporate video production, or anything professional. After all, your professional videos should not be shaky to begin with. But maybe this new tool will give amateurs some incentive to pick up a camera.
